About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Specialist to join Noovy, a company revolutionizing hotel operations via innovative Property Management Software (PMS). This fully remote, full-time position based in Europe offers an engaging opportunity to lead sophisticated technical projects within the HotelTech industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive intricate PMS implementations, including multi-property launches.
- Provide expert-level L3 support, resolving complex technical issues involving PMS, Channel Managers, OTA systems, and other third-party integrations.
- Oversee OTA connectivity integration and maintenance with platforms like Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, SiteMinder, and others.
- Analyze API logs to diagnose and uncover root causes across diverse systems.
- Partner closely with the Development team by crafting detailed bug reports, verifying fixes, and aiding product enhancements.
- Lead significant data import and migration initiatives.
- Continuously monitor system health to detect and preempt recurring technical problems.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge base resources.
- Mentor and coach Junior and Mid-level Technical Specialists to foster skill development.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements of technical support workflows and methodologies.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, implementation engineering, or systems configuration within a SaaS setting.
- Hands-on background with Property Management Systems (PMS) or hotel technology software.
- Firm grasp of OTA connectivity, channel management, and hospitality integration frameworks.
- Proven experience working with platforms such as SiteMinder, Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, or equivalents.
- Track record of leading complex hotel implementations and enterprise-scale rollouts.
- Strong analytical capabilities including expertise in API log evaluation and technical troubleshooting.
- Experience collaborating with development teams on bug analysis and contributing to product improvement cycles.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical audiences.
- Previous mentoring or coaching roles are highly valued.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with tools and technologies like Postman, JSON, XML, SQL, or Python.
- Understanding fiscal or invoicing system integrations.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry regulations throughout the EMEA region.
- Experience handling data migration and ETL processes.
