Requirements
The Senior Tax Executive for India will be instrumental in managing and overseeing all aspects of tax compliance, reporting, and advisory services for our operations in India. This role encompasses direct taxation, Goods and Services Tax (GST), and transfer pricing. Reporting directly to the Head of Tax and collaborating closely with the India Country Finance Manager, the chosen candidate will ensure adherence to statutory regulations, minimize tax-related risks, enhance tax efficiency, and provide support for business expansion initiatives. This position demands a proactive professional with profound expertise in Indian tax legislation, robust analytical capabilities, and the ability to effectively align local business operations with strategic tax planning.
