  • Collaborate on enhancing the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to authentically represent our culture and appeal to prospective candidates.
  • Develop and implement scalable recruitment processes, tools, and methods adaptable to increased hiring demands across diverse teams.
  • Coach and train hiring leaders to elevate the overall quality of candidate assessment and decision-making.
  • Support compensation benchmarking efforts by providing market insights, ensuring competitive and equitable offers.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts by embedding inclusive hiring practices and expanding talent access.
  • Serve as an ambassador for Halter at external events, universities, and industry forums to strengthen employer brand recognition.
  • Create and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Work closely with managers to deeply understand role and team dynamics for precise recruitment targeting.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience that aligns with our cultural values at every step.
  • Maintain recruitment technology platforms and workflows to maximize efficiency and organization.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and candidate feedback to continuously optimize processes.
  • Support initiatives promoting internal mobility and employer branding enhancement.
  • Contribute to ongoing recruitment process improvements in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-growing or global tech companies, with expertise recruiting for Supply Chain, Logistics, or technical roles.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling high-performing teams across multiple geographical regions.
  • Ability to strategically partner with business leaders, providing insights from executive-level reporting to day-to-day hiring execution.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at stakeholder management and building productive hiring partnerships.
  • Successful experience handling high-volume recruitment without sacrificing talent quality.
  • Deep understanding of advanced sourcing techniques and global talent search methods.
  • Strong data literacy with the ability to analyze and present hiring metrics effectively.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and immigration compliance, particularly within New Zealand and Australia.
  • High emotional intelligence with excellent communication; proactive and solution-oriented mindset thriving on ownership and navigating ambiguity.
