Job description

About Halter

Halter aims to empower farmers and graziers to operate highly productive and sustainable agricultural ventures. Our solutions enable customers to manage their livestock effortlessly, such as calmly moving 500 cattle without traditional methods like quad bikes, dogs, or fences. This innovative approach is radically improving grazing practices, transforming the industry, and positively impacting lives.

At Halter, we value meaningful work and high performance in a talented team committed to solving complex challenges. Supported by top-tier investors like Founders Fund, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Rocket Lab founder Peter Beck, we are driven to achieve significant change.

  • Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline status to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support internal mobility, diversity, and employer branding efforts.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment processes and tools in a fast-paced growth environment.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in talent acquisition, preferably within high-growth or global technology companies, with expertise in recruiting hardware, software, or technical roles highly valued.
  • Proven ability to build and scale effective teams across multiple regions.
  • Strong strategic business partnership skills with capacity for executive reporting and hands-on recruitment excellence.
