Job Overview
We are rapidly expanding our team across EMEA and APJ regions and seek a highly motivated Senior Talent Sourcer. This role demands a passion for talent discovery and the capability to translate complex and specialized hiring requirements into effective sourcing strategies. The position involves becoming a trusted expert in market mapping, proactive candidate sourcing, and pipeline development for our Go-to-Market and Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the initial recruitment stages by collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and craft detailed, data-backed sourcing strategies across diverse regions and roles.
- Conduct thorough market mapping to build an in-depth understanding of talent availability, competitor structures, company landscapes, and skill sets, uncovering hidden talent pools.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and multiple sourcing tools and channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, SeekOut, GitHub, relevant forums, and specialized aerospace networks to identify and engage top-tier candidates.
- Develop and sustain pipelines by nurturing relationships with high-value candidates, enabling timely recruitment aligned with priority programs.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for sourcing by advising recruiters and hiring managers on market trends, talent accessibility, and candidate engagement methods.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with talent acquisition operations, branding, and university teams to optimize outreach and candidate messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in cross-regional sourcing, preferably within aerospace, defence, autonomy, or other complex hardware/software sectors, either in-house or through executive search.
- Demonstrated success in market mapping, competitive intelligence gathering, and generating candidates for highly specialized technical positions.
- Advanced proficiency with Boolean search and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and HireZ.
- Strong background in building and managing long-term relationships with passive, security-cleared, or niche engineering talent.
- Exceptional communication skills capable of engaging technical professionals authentically and effectively.
- Highly organized, data-oriented, self-driven with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, mission-focused environment.
- Adaptable to ambiguity and able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-evolving context.
