  • Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to assess early career hiring requirements and customize approaches accordingly.
  • Develop systems for tracking graduating students, managing candidate interactions, and converting interns into full-time employees.
  • Create and implement initiatives such as return-offer strategies, ambassador programs, and engagement campaigns to boost retention and acceptance rates.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics related to pipeline health, candidate experience, offer acceptance, and program success to guide continuous improvement.
  • Oversee multiple stakeholders and deadlines, perpetually refining campus recruitment processes and operations.

  • Track record of designing and executing complex recruiting programs involving multiple contributors and fixed timelines.
  • Strong project management capabilities with autonomy in handling initiatives from conception through completion.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling engagement with students, academic personnel, hiring leaders, executives, and external collaborators.
  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies including applicant tracking systems and campus-focused platforms.
  • Ability to interpret recruitment data, evaluate program performance, and apply insights for data-driven decision making.
  • Self-driven, innovative, and adept at developing processes within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Inventive approaches to employer branding, candidate interaction, and attracting early-career technical talent.
  • Preferred experience recruiting in technical, scientific, engineering, or emerging technological domains.
  • Existing networks within university career centers, STEM departments, or student groups are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive yearly salary ranging approximately from 97123 to 126652 US dollars, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location.
  • Comprehensive remuneration including base salary, performance bonuses, equity options, and extensive benefits.

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.
  • Unlimited paid vacation time and designated holidays.
  • Family support benefits including parental and adoption leave.
  • Legal insurance coverage.
  • Technology stipend to facilitate effective remote working conditions.
  • Opportunity to significantly influence a forward-thinking technology company’s talent acquisition and development trajectory.
  • Inclusive, collaborative workplace culture promoting innovation, autonomy, and career growth.
