Responsibilities

The Senior Talent Consultant focuses on building and supporting the talent pipeline for the Piedmont Healthcare System.

  • Source candidates and build a qualified talent pool ahead of hiring demand
  • Recruit for new hires as well as internal transfers across departments and facilities
  • Work as part of the talent acquisition team to fill open roles
  • Develop candidate pipelines and identify innovative sourcing channels to meet hiring needs
  • Support onboarding for new employees
  • Coach and mentor Consultants and Hiring Coordinators
  • Act as a subject matter expert in strategic discussions with HR business partners and entity leaders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Social Sciences, or a closely related discipline
  • Equivalent experience may be accepted in place of a degree: 6 years of relevant work experience, in addition to the stated experience requirement
  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience
  • If no degree is held, a total of 9 years of experience is required
  • Experience with iCIMS and PeopleSoft is preferred
  • Corporate recruiting experience is preferred
  • Healthcare HR experience is preferred
