About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead our efforts in attracting, assessing, and hiring top candidates specifically within the expanding wealth advisor segment. This key position involves close collaboration with hiring managers, HR teams, and third-party partners to determine talent needs and execute effective recruitment strategies that ensure a steady stream of qualified applicants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to fully understand workforce requirements, job descriptions, and candidate qualifications.
  • Design and implement recruitment plans tailored to various wealth advisor roles.
  • Apply innovative sourcing methods to identify high-caliber prospects.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing platforms including job portals, social media, and professional networks to locate suitable candidates.
  • Conduct thorough resume screenings, initial telephone interviews, and in-depth in-person assessments to evaluate skills, cultural alignment, and potential fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments with stakeholders and ensure smooth candidate management via the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Maintain ATS data with precision to facilitate orderly recruitment operations.
  • Enhance the organization's employer brand by crafting compelling job advertisements, managing social media recruiting efforts, and collaborating with marketing to develop appealing recruitment content.
  • Ensure candidates have a consistently positive experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Advise hiring managers on best practices for employer branding and candidate engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience in wealth advisory recruitment either from an in-house role or recruitment agency.
  • Strong grasp of contemporary recruitment practices, sourcing strategies, and interview techniques.
  • Proficiency using ATS and other HR-related software tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities and effective time management skills.
