Role Overview
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is instrumental in aligning recruitment initiatives with business goals to secure top talent and strengthen our talent network as the world's leading food company. This role demands close collaboration with business leaders and HR partners to craft innovative recruiting approaches.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with functional leaders to devise and implement recruitment strategies and sourcing programs that address the needs of a complex organizational structure.
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate sourcing and offer negotiations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on market trends including talent supply and demand and compensation elements.
- Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with stakeholders to ensure clear role understanding and candidate profile alignment.
- Create and execute strategic sourcing initiatives utilizing diverse channels such as direct sourcing, database mining, networking, cold-calling, industry engagement, associations, social marketing, and online platforms.
- Identify behavioral and technical skills critical for success, communicating recruitment strategies and timelines effectively.
- Work with the Recruitment Marketing team to integrate employer branding and social media into sourcing plans and coordinate targeted candidate outreach.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience while promoting the Nestlé employer brand throughout the hiring process.
- Hold regular meetings with hiring managers to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and maintain adaptability.
- Influence partner decisions on candidate selection and advise on comprehensive compensation packages.
- Maintain recruitment process integrity by adhering to internal policies, tracking candidate activities accurately in the applicant tracking system, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment.
- Capability to challenge existing processes and manage expectations of both business stakeholders and candidates.
- Expertise in developing and sustaining talent pipelines through sourcing intelligence and engaging passive candidates across various channels.
- Comprehensive understanding of full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, applicant assessment, applicant tracking, closing, and relationship management.
- Proficiency in competency-based recruitment methodologies.
- Experienced in leveraging recruitment technologies such as applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, social, and digital media.
- Ability to translate business insights into practical recruitment solutions aligned with strategy and organizational changes.
- Strong project management skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Discretion in managing sensitive and confidential data.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% as required.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is approximately $110,000 to $130,000 annually. Final pay will be influenced by individual expertise, location, and other factors.
