This role presents a transformational career shift within an expanding global organisation focused on self-leadership and mindset development, currently enhancing growth in Australia.
Company Background

Role Responsibilities
- Drive customer growth using diverse marketing approaches including social media promotion to attract new clients.
- Evaluate candidates’ alignment with programs through structured, comprehensive interviews.
- Conduct training and mentoring sessions remotely via online platforms or phone.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to support client progress and satisfaction.
- Engage in collaborative efforts with peers aimed at continual professional development for oneself and the team.
Candidate Profile
- At least 5 years of mid-to-senior management experience in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership roles.
- A person whose expertise and credibility are well established, seeking a new direction beyond conventional recruitment.
- A people-focused individual who prefers meaningful interaction over process-driven work.
- An open-minded, growth-oriented candidate comfortable with autonomous and flexible work settings.
- Australian or New Zealand resident or citizen, as the position requires local residency; applications from international candidates or those needing sponsorship will not be considered.
Benefits and Perks
- Flexible working hours and location, allowing you to set your schedule and work remotely as an independent contractor.
- Opportunity to make a significant impact by empowering individuals through innovative self-leadership and mindset programs.
- Access to personal development programs to support your growth journey.
- Enrollment in frequent live virtual training sessions hosted by seasoned professionals to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Work alongside a committed, passionate team with mentorship and collaborative support.
- Performance-based remuneration with uncapped earning potential directly linked to your efforts.
