K N Associates is seeking a Senior Store Manager to oversee operations at two Polar Bear Ice Cream outlets located in Vijayanagar, Bengaluru. This position demands a candidate with mandatory experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Food & Beverage sectors to ensure outstanding customer experience and store management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall functioning of two Polar Bear Ice Cream stores, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate store staff to maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Uphold high levels of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness consistent with brand guidelines.
- Ensure strict adherence to brand compliance across all operational activities.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.

Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is from 26000 to 38000 INR.
