Overview
The Deputy Area Manager will oversee the operations of two Polar Bear Ice Cream outlets located in Vijayanagar, Bengaluru. The role demands strong leadership in managing staff and ensuring adherence to food quality, hygiene, and brand standards, specifically within the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) and F&B (Food & Beverage) sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall outlet operations, including staff supervision and workflow coordination to facilitate smooth daily functioning.
- Drive excellence in customer service to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Ensure compliance with food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and brand policies at both outlets.
- Monitor and manage inventory and stock efficiently to support operational needs.
- Strive to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
Eligibility Criteria

Compensation
The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging between 26,000 and 38,000 INR.
