About the role
Join Nespresso in Halifax as a full-time Senior Stock Specialist supporting boutique operations and inventory control. In this position, you will help keep product movement running smoothly, maintain an organized stock area, and represent the Nespresso brand in the store.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate closely with logistics and store leadership to keep daily operations aligned.
- Check incoming merchandise carefully to make sure deliveries are accurate.
- Maintain FIFO practices and help keep displays and merchandising standards strong.
- Keep the stockroom highly organized and easy to work in.
- Support a positive brand experience for customers and other stakeholders.
- Review KPI reports, identify shrink-related issues, and build action plans to address them.
- Lead the stock team while helping ensure smooth product flow through the boutique.
What you need
- 2 to 3 years of experience in stock, warehouse, or a similar environment.
- Strong attention to detail and solid time management skills.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Health- and safety-conscious approach to work.
- Ability to stay on your feet for a full workday and lift around 40 lbs.
- French and English bilingual ability is considered an asset.
- Genuine interest in coffee and sustainability.
