Job description
Role Overview
This position involves driving strategic initiatives at EC&FZ while nurturing robust relationships with critical stakeholders. The goal is to effectively respond to their needs, fulfill expectations, and advocate for the organization's interests through clear communication, collaboration, and alignment with the company's overarching objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze key internal and external stakeholders to synchronize expectations with EC&FZ cluster strategy.
- Represent EC&FZ at regulatory forums and stakeholder events to promote priority agendas and enhance partnerships.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback into organizational strategies to ensure better alignment and results.
- Serve as the main liaison for major stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns efficiently.
- Manage and oversee stakeholder programs, ensuring effective execution and performing regular evaluations.
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships through participation in meetings, events, and forums to encourage engagement.
- Provide routine reports to the line manager detailing engagement activities, performance, and strategic recommendations.
People Management
- Plan departmental operational requirements and secure necessary approvals.
Strategic Duties
- Align stakeholder management plans with business goals, fostering mutually advantageous relationships that support EC&FZ growth.
- Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and operations to ensure partnership consistency with EC&FZ objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a similar discipline. A Master’s degree is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- At least 12 to 15 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Track record in stakeholder and relationship management, preferably with government entities, regulatory agencies, or large corporations.
- Deep understanding of stakeholder engagement and relationship management best practices.
- Proven ability to create and maintain productive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, ensuring strong cooperation and strategic alignment.
