Senior Specialist - IT Strategy and Planning

Overview

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a meticulous and strategic professional to join as a Senior Specialist in IT Strategy and Planning. This role involves supporting the creation and execution of IT strategies that align with the company’s vision and operational goals.

Key Duties

• Contribute to formulating and documenting comprehensive IT strategic plans, roadmaps, and key initiatives.
• Work closely with various IT departments and business teams to understand requirements and ensure IT strategies meet business needs.
• Research and analyze the latest technologies and industry trends to aid decision making.
• Track and communicate the progress of IT strategic projects and initiatives.
• Assist in defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure IT strategy success.
• Develop presentations and reports for senior management to communicate IT strategy and planning status.
• Engage with stakeholders regularly to maintain alignment and facilitate effective communication.
• Support activities for risk evaluation and mitigation related to IT strategy execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT strategy, planning, or equivalent fields.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Sound understanding of IT governance, architectural frameworks, and emerging technological trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience working collaboratively in dynamic and fast-moving environments.
• Project management experience or certifications are advantageous.
