Senior Specialist, Business Continuity

Overview

This role supports the organization by performing detailed statistical assessments to quantify and analyze risks impacting corporate operations. The candidate will collaborate with team members by sharing past insights and assisting in related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to all organizational policies, procedures, and operating standards ensuring consistent, controlled work execution.
• Manage daily operational tasks within the assigned area, maintaining rigorous compliance with established standards.
• Collaborate with various departments to review risk management outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of risk barriers using key risk indicators, aligning solutions with corporate strategy.
• Support leadership by liaising with Saudia Holding and strategic business units to fulfill governance and regulatory mandates.
• Examine compliance reports for their relevance to identified risks, proposing improvements when necessary.
• Communicate findings and results to superiors, offering actionable solutions as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation and communication regarding key risk factors.
• Identify potential risks to corporate assets and suggest strategies to mitigate or control those risks.
• Contribute to the development or implementation of risk assessment frameworks and methodologies.
• Use statistical or econometric software tools to conduct analyses quantifying risk levels.
• Ensure departmental adherence to safety, environmental management policies, and controls to safeguard employee welfare, legal compliance, and quality service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Preferred candidates hold relevant professional certifications such as GRC, CGRC, or CRMA.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in English.
• Have a minimum of five years professional experience, with at least two years in a related function.
