Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on a full-time basis. This role involves analyzing and improving business processes, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting project planning and agile practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine current business workflows to identify opportunities for enhancements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to understand requirements.
• Manage change requests by defining their impact and scope clearly.
• Track and report the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead elaboration sessions with stakeholders to gather detailed business needs.
• Offer mentorship and support to junior business analysts.
• Coordinate with Project Managers in developing project plans and product roadmaps.
• Apply data analysis skills to inform decision-making.
• Document change requests and create process flow diagrams.
• Engage actively in agile ceremonies to support iterative delivery.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the Arabic language, which is mandatory for this position.
