Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on a full-time basis. This role involves analyzing and improving business processes, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting project planning and agile practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine current business workflows to identify opportunities for enhancements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to understand requirements.
- Manage change requests by defining their impact and scope clearly.
- Track and report the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead elaboration sessions with stakeholders to gather detailed business needs.
- Offer mentorship and support to junior business analysts.
- Coordinate with Project Managers in developing project plans and product roadmaps.
- Apply data analysis skills to inform decision-making.
- Document change requests and create process flow diagrams.
- Engage actively in agile ceremonies to support iterative delivery.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the Arabic language, which is mandatory for this position.
