Role Overview

We seek a Senior Software Engineer passionate about AI and committed to elegant system design and clean architecture. This full-stack position involves building, scaling, and maintaining AI-driven features and internal tools such as analytics and commission platforms, primarily focusing on frontend solutions but encompassing the entire stack. You'll collaborate closely with our Customer AI, Support, Commercial, and launch teams, playing a central role in shaping our AI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy full-stack AI-powered functionalities for internal and customer-facing platforms.
• Design and implement backend APIs and services enabling AI workflows at scale.
• Create seamless, user-friendly frontend experiences.
• Manage end-to-end feature delivery including scoping, architecture, testing, deployment, and iterations.
• Integrate AI models and pipelines thoughtfully within well-architected systems.
• Contribute to engineering standards focusing on reliability, observability, testing, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with the Customer AI team to define AI product capabilities and delivery strategies.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficient full-stack engineering skills with emphasis on TypeScript/React for frontend and Python or Node.js for backend development.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining production-grade APIs and data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of scalable code practices emphasizing reliability, observability, and performance.
• Comfortable working across the technology stack and solving problems irrespective of their location.
• Collaborative mindset with aptitude for close teamwork across diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, or information retrieval systems.
• Background with workflow orchestration tools such as n8n, Temporal, or Airflow.
• Experience in data engineering, including ETL pipelines and event-driven architecture.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and uncertain work environments.
