Role summary
The Senior SME Solutions Specialist will help expand business with small and medium enterprise clients by uncovering their needs, shaping suitable solution offerings, and showing how MenaITech can create measurable business impact. The position covers the complete sales journey, from sourcing prospects and building relationships through to proposal preparation and closing deals, with a strong focus on revenue growth and portfolio expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Source and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, networking events, and active participation in industry communities to keep the pipeline healthy.
- Run discovery discussions with potential clients to understand their operational and business challenges and match them with the right solutions.
- Present product demos and executive-style presentations that communicate the value of the offering clearly and persuasively.
- Keep CRM records accurate and current to support reliable reporting and data quality.
- Work closely with Customer Success to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the current customer base.
- Prepare tailored technical and commercial proposals that reflect client requirements and company guidelines.
- Handle negotiations and follow-through to secure agreements and complete the required paperwork on time.
- Track market and sector trends to uncover new prospects, opportunities, and target customer segments.
- Compile and present regular sales updates and performance reports aligned with business goals.
- Remain up to date on product improvements and new offerings through ongoing learning and training.
Required qualifications and experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
- 4 to 7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, HR technology, or enterprise software sold to SMEs.
- A demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing sales targets and independently managing full-cycle sales processes.
- Strong consultative selling ability, with the skill to interpret complex client requirements and convert them into practical solutions.
- Experience delivering product demonstrations and engaging with stakeholders at mid- to senior-management level.
- Hands-on familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
- Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment across multiple markets; KSA and Jordan exposure is an advantage.
Preferred competencies
- Background in HR technology or ERP-related solutions.
- Understanding of SME market behavior in the GCC region.
- Ability to communicate fluently in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
