Job description
Role Overview
An established residential developer is looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee a housing project in North Dublin, Swords. The development is already underway, uses timber frame construction, and is expected to deliver approximately 50 units.
The package on offer is €80,000 to €100,000, along with a bonus and transport or car allowance.
Key Duties
- Take charge of day-to-day site operations from initial setup through to final handover.
- Organise and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour teams.
- Keep the project moving in line with the programme while maintaining required quality levels.
- Track site progress and prepare routine progress updates and reports.
- Uphold strong standards in health and safety, environmental practice, and site compliance.
- Carry out inspections to verify workmanship and quality.
- Oversee site logistics, including materials flow and deliveries.
- Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, local authorities, and utility companies.
- Deal with technical and operational issues as they arise on site.
- Make sure the project meets building regulations and warranty provider obligations.
