Key responsibilities
- Carry out setting out and general site engineering tasks.
- Support the execution of civils and construction activities on site.
- Help maintain QA processes, health and safety standards, and site records.
- Work in close coordination with the Site Manager and the wider project team.
- Liaise with subcontractors and help keep works aligned with the programme.
- Take on more supervisory and management duties as the position develops.
Candidate profile
- Prior experience working as a Site Engineer on construction or civils projects.
- Strong ability in setting out and practical site-based delivery.
- A clear interest in progressing toward Site Management or Project Management.
- Comfortable staying hands-on while building leadership responsibility.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
- A relevant engineering qualification is preferred.
Compensation and benefits
The salary range for this role is €45,000 to €55,000, with additional benefits. The role also offers long-term work in North Dublin, a defined route toward management, increasing site responsibility, exposure to major projects, and a supportive team setting.
Additional information
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Malahide, Ireland. The opportunity is focused on long-term career development within construction delivery, with the expectation that the successful candidate will remain involved in hands-on site work while expanding into leadership duties.
