Job description
Role Overview
The Senior ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications on the ServiceNow platform in alignment with business needs. This role demands collaboration with various teams to prioritize project goals while maintaining adherence to governance, risk management, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement ServiceNow applications that fulfill organizational requirements.
- Work closely with different departments to outline and sequence project milestones.
- Integrate Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) protocols throughout development activities.
- Mentor and assist junior developers in applying best practices within ServiceNow solutions.
Experience and Expertise Required
- Between 4 to 12 years of relevant experience within IT services and consulting sectors.
- In-depth understanding of the Customer Service Management (CSM) module available in ServiceNow.
- Hands-on experience implementing the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) framework using ServiceNow technologies.
