Position Overview
This role involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining extensive Java-based applications utilizing J2EE technologies including Spring Boot. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and craft customer-centric solutions is essential. The developer will also ensure code quality by adhering to best practices, coding standards, and testing procedures. Troubleshooting complicated production environment problems using log analysis tools such as Loggly forms a key part of the responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain scalable Java applications with J2EE frameworks like Spring Boot.
- Work alongside diverse teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
- Write clean, reliable, and efficient code following established standards and testing approaches.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues in live systems leveraging log analysis tools.
Candidate Requirements
- Between five and twelve years of professional experience in software development, specializing in Java.
- Proficient in React.js for developing frontend user interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale projects utilizing Spring Boot and related J2EE technologies.
