Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Consultant to join our Christchurch office. In this role, you will lead complete ServiceNow projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions while adhering to best practices. You will collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, design, implement, and maintain various ServiceNow applications.
Main Responsibilities
- Expertise in ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, CSM, SecOps, and GRC.
- Conduct workshops with clients to collect business requirements and translate them into practical development tasks.
- Document configurations, integrations, and system workflows comprehensively.
- Advise clients on ServiceNow upgrade strategies, patch management, and ongoing system maintenance.
- Serve as Scrum Master on ServiceNow implementation projects, promoting Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Monitor and communicate sprint progress to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving and communication abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years consulting experience focused on ServiceNow implementations.
- ITIL process knowledge along with relevant certifications.
- Mandatory ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Highly preferred: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in core modules like ITSM or ITOM.
- Proficiency with Agile project delivery models including Scrum, Kanban, and sprint planning.
