Role Overview
We invite talented and motivated interns for our Strategy and Operations practice for a December 2026 to February 2027 year-end internship. The role offers an opportunity to develop consulting skills while supporting digital transformation initiatives that enhance clients' business operations. Interns will contribute to projects involving business model innovation, customer experience, supply chain, procurement, sustainability, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist project teams by performing analyses, developing presentations, and participating in internal and client workshops and meetings.
- Support business development activities, including preparing proposals and market positioning materials.
- Contribute to thought leadership, research, and development initiatives as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Penultimate-year university students from reputable institutions, maintaining strong academic performance and active engagement in extracurriculars.
- A genuine interest in consulting, coupled with eagerness to acquire relevant skills and knowledge continuously.
- Driven, confident, and creative individuals demonstrating initiative and a result-focused mindset.
- Effective team collaborators who think innovatively and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working independently under pressure within a dynamic setting, emphasizing service orientation and a commitment to team success and excellence.
