Job Opportunity: Senior Security Specialist / Penetration Tester

A prestigious Investment Management firm located in the UAE is seeking a Senior Cyber Security professional with extensive experience in Penetration Testing to join their UAE headquarters. This rare opportunity focuses on securing web applications, APIs, cloud environments, and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced penetration tests spanning Web applications, APIs, Cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure, including analyzing post-exploitation results, validating remediation, and continuously refining testing practices.
• Participate in designing secure architecture for both cloud-native and on-premises systems, incorporating threat modeling, zero trust principles, multi-layer defense strategies, and providing security expertise in significant system decisions.
• Integrate security into engineering processes by embedding SAST, DAST, SCA, and Infrastructure-as-Code scanning within CI/CD pipelines, while developing scripting, automation, and tooling to enhance security testing and control verification.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of professional penetration testing experience covering Web, APIs, Cloud, and Infrastructure environments.
• Experience working in Financial or Professional Services sectors.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation, preferably using Python, PowerShell, or equivalent languages.
• Strong interest and experience in applying Artificial Intelligence to enhance cybersecurity processes.
• Possession of relevant offensive security certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, or CRTO.
