Overview
The role involves actively sourcing home loan and loan against property (LAP) business by engaging in direct field sales efforts, collaborating with brokers, and leveraging customer references. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads and onboarding new clients by effectively communicating loan product details and guiding them through the application process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop home loan and LAP business opportunities through various channels such as field sales, market outreach, broker networks, and referrals.
- Generate potential leads and convert them into customers.
- Clarify loan product offerings and assist customers throughout the loan application and approval stages.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and loan disbursement targets set by the company.
- Perform regular customer visits and maintain consistent follow-up to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with credit and operations teams to facilitate efficient loan processing and timely approvals.
- Maintain strong, ongoing customer relationships to deliver prompt and quality service.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 20,000 to 37,000 INR.
