Role Summary

ABYAT is hiring a Senior Sales Officer - Aluminum for its Doha showroom. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on guiding customers through aluminum product selections and turning project needs into practical, customized solutions for residential and commercial work.

The role calls for someone who can manage detailed customer requirements, support high-value opportunities, and provide a polished sales experience from first enquiry through to conversion and follow-up.

What You'll Do

• Greet visitors, understand their project goals, preferences, and spending limits.
• Recommend the right aluminum systems, profiles, glazing choices, hardware, and finishing options.
• Handle demanding requirements and shape tailored solutions for each project.
• Draft quotations, proposals, and project-specific recommendations with attention to detail.
• Present product capabilities, technical details, performance points, and customization possibilities clearly.
• Track enquiries, quotations, and sales leads through follow-up to improve closing rates.
• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, and other project partners.
• Work closely with design, engineering, production, and installation teams to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Guide junior sales colleagues when product knowledge or customer consultation support is needed.
• Work toward assigned sales and profitability goals.
• Keep customer information, pipeline records, and sales documentation accurate and up to date.
• Maintain showroom displays and product presentation according to company standards.
• Consistently deliver a premium service experience aligned with the company’s values.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a similar field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in aluminum sales, doors and windows sales, façade systems sales, architectural building products sales, or showroom sales.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum doors, windows, partitions, curtain walls, and related architectural solutions.
• Practical understanding of aluminum profiles, glazing systems, hardware, accessories, and finishing choices.
• Ability to manage complex customer needs and create customized project solutions.
• Strong negotiation ability and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings and project requirements.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and consultative selling skills.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office applications.

Eligibility

Professionals with relevant aluminum or showroom sales experience and a background in a related business, engineering, design, or architecture discipline are encouraged to apply.
