About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager specializing in loan products to join our team in Delhi-NCR. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for managing the sales process of various loan offerings including Home Loans, Loan Against Property, Business Loans, Overdrafts, and CGTMSE loans.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with qualified leads generated by the calling team to assess their loan needs.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective clients to explain appropriate loan products and successfully close sales.
- Establish and maintain trust with clients by providing comprehensive loan consultation support throughout the sales cycle.
- Gather and validate all necessary customer documentation for loan processing.
- Collaborate with banks and NBFCs to ensure the smooth approval and disbursement of loans.
- Maintain follow-up with clients until the loan disbursement is finalized.

Compensation
