Role Purpose
We seek an accomplished sales leader to spearhead the growth of our Biometric Access Control business in South India. The role demands profound domain expertise, strong industry networks, and proven success managing major enterprise and government accounts, channel partners, and international alliances. The successful candidate will execute strategic market penetration and revenue expansion initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales and expand business for Biometric Access Control offerings in South India, aiming for significant revenue increase and market share growth.
- Identify and cultivate new business prospects in enterprise, government, infrastructure, IT/ITES, and manufacturing verticals.
- Forge and maintain strong executive-level relationships with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, Security Directors, and other key stakeholders.
- Develop, manage, and enhance a broad ecosystem of partners including system integrators, distributors, consultants, and global access control collaborators.
- Conduct consultative selling through RFPs, presentations, proof of concepts, negotiations, and closing strategic large-scale deals.
- Ensure precise forecasting, effective pipeline cultivation, and comprehensive quarterly business performance reviews.
- Work collaboratively with product management, engineering, delivery, and marketing teams to fulfill customer needs and ensure successful solution deployments.
- Provide insightful market analyses, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to influence product planning and innovation.
Requirements
- At least 8 to 10 years of successful sales experience in biometrics, physical access control, security systems, and identity management domains.
- Expertise in access control hardware/software, integration frameworks, and security solution ecosystems.
- Established relationships with technology partners, enterprise clients, government bodies, system integrators, and OEM collaborators.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing large deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, strategic planning, and relationship management abilities.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with leadership skills to guide and mentor teams effectively.
- Experience driving business growth specifically in the South Indian market.
