Role overview

This is a full-time commercial position based in Dubai, UAE, focused on accelerating revenue, expanding the client base, and strengthening market presence. The Senior Sales Manager will lead sales efforts, nurture key accounts, identify fresh business opportunities, and help shape the company’s broader growth strategy.

The position blends strategic sales planning, relationship management, commercial negotiations, and internal coordination to improve profitability and reinforce the company’s competitive position.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and implement sales plans that support company revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify promising opportunities, partnerships, and untapped market segments.
  • Develop and manage relationships with strategic and high-value customers.
  • Lead commercial conversations, negotiations, and final deal closures with both prospective and current clients.
  • Create tailored proposals, presentations, and business solutions for client needs.
  • Track pipeline health and ensure prompt follow-up on open opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
  • Research the market and analyze competitors to spot trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Work closely with operations, finance, product, and customer service teams to support smooth service delivery.
  • Keep forecasts, CRM records, pipeline updates, and account activity logs accurate and current.
  • Contribute to pricing discussions and commercial planning initiatives.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, exhibitions, networking sessions, and industry events.
  • Strengthen long-term business relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage client escalations and resolve commercial or operational issues professionally.
  • Help improve sales processes, commercial standards, and market positioning.
  • Guide and support junior sales colleagues when needed.

Performance expectations

  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Drive revenue growth from both new and existing accounts.
  • Expand market share in the assigned territory or sector.

Qualifications and experience

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline, along with 5 to 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial management. A strong record of meeting targets and growing revenue is essential.

Experience handling strategic or enterprise-level accounts is important. The role also calls for excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities, plus strong commercial judgment and analytical thinking. A background in service-based or B2B environments is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools. Fluent English is required, and Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
