Senior Sales Executive – Project Sales (Construction & Paints)

About the Role

We are looking to engage a Senior Sales Executive to lead project sales activities focusing on construction and paint products in the Ernakulam district of Kerala. This role entails driving sales of Asian Paints products and complementary construction hardware to clients such as builders, contractors, architects, and dealers. Products to Manage

• Asian Paints project and construction range
• Silicone sealants and PU foam
• Spray paints and adhesives
• Masking tapes and solvents
• Short arm hinges and glass fittings
• Various construction and hardware consumables

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure project sales from builders, contractors, interior designers, and architects
• Actively promote Asian Paints and related construction products
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
• Build and maintain robust relationships with contractors, builders, retailers, and channel partners
• Find new project sales opportunities within Ernakulam district
• Supervise and support junior sales team members as necessary
• Monitor competitor activities and prevailing market trends
• Prepare and submit regular sales and market analysis reports

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales related to construction materials, paints, or hardware, with preference for project sales experience
• In-depth understanding of the Ernakulam market
• Prior experience working with Asian Paints products is highly desirable
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Mandatory proficiency in Malayalam and English; knowledge of Hindi is advantageous
• Willingness to undertake local travel as part of the role
• Preferred educational qualifications include a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary of ₹28,000 plus attractive performance-based incentives
• Target sales benchmark set at a minimum of ₹10 lakhs per month
