About the Role
Transmed is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for its E-commerce channel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for managing all e-retailer account relationships, ensuring efficient product distribution, and achieving sales targets within the e-commerce landscape. The position is exclusively open to Saudi Nationals.
Key Accountabilities
Customer Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic business relationships with key stakeholders at e-retailer accounts to foster collaboration and achieve company objectives.
- Proactively identify and propose business development opportunities on e-retailer platforms to relevant internal teams for further action and growth.
- Stay informed about key insights and market developments within customer accounts to leverage changes for business enhancement.
- Recognize and suggest improvements to existing processes to boost internal and external operational efficiencies.
- Regularly update customer scorecards monthly to extract key insights, aiming to enhance performance against key performance indicators (KPIs). These scorecards must be shared both internally and with external partners.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables from e-retailers, adhering to agreed payment terms to maintain healthy company cash flow.
- Manage and process all necessary documentation for e-retailers, including account openings, payment terms, and Goods Received Voucher (GRV) requests.
Monthly Initiatives And Business Plan
- Negotiate and secure necessary budgets from category managers to fund participation in customer events, thereby driving brand sales growth.
- Develop and deploy initiatives across assigned e-retailers punctually, aligning with the quarterly deployment plan and the agreed calendar of events.
- Prepare comprehensive campaign briefs that detail clear execution plans to ensure flawless implementation.
- Continuously monitor and track the execution of all visibility elements as outlined in Transmed’s Joint Business Plan with the customer across all e-retailers.
- Identify and communicate any execution gaps observed against agreements with e-retailers to the customer, facilitating prompt corrective actions.
- Analyze the performance of each campaign and initiative using data provided by e-retailers to measure success, and share findings, learnings, and insights with relevant stakeholders.
