Job description
Role Overview
This position is open only to Saudi nationals. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing relationships with e-retailer accounts and ensuring the efficient distribution of consumer goods through strong execution of online sales fundamentals. The main objective of the role is to support Transmed in achieving sales targets within the e-commerce channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with important customer stakeholders to support a collaborative working relationship and help achieve business goals.
- Identify growth opportunities on e-retailer platforms and raise them with the appropriate internal teams so the business can expand further.
- Stay updated on key customer developments and market insights ahead of time, then use those changes to strengthen the business.
- Find ways to improve processes and propose practical solutions that increase efficiency both internally and externally.
- Update customer scorecards every month to track important insights and improve key performance indicators; share the scorecard with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure receivables are collected from e-retailers within agreed payment terms to protect the company’s cash flow.
- Handle required documentation for e-retailers, including account setup, payment terms, and GRV requests.
- Negotiate and secure budgets from category managers to support customer events and drive brand sales.
- Prepare and share campaign and initiative plans across assigned e-retailers on time, following the quarterly rollout plan and agreed events calendar.
- Create detailed campaign briefs with clear execution steps to support flawless delivery.
- Make sure all visibility activities included in Transmed’s Joint Business Plan are implemented across e-retailers and monitored regularly.
- Spot gaps in execution compared with agreed plans and raise them with the customer so corrective actions can be taken.
- Review each campaign or initiative using e-retailer data, then share learnings, insights, and improvement opportunities with the relevant teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in e-commerce is mandatory.
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience in FMCG or food service is required.
- Strong command of the English language is essential.
