Role Overview
The Growth Partnership Manager will work remotely on a full-time basis and will focus on creating, expanding, and managing strategic alliances that help increase learner sign-ups, strengthen brand presence, and contribute to revenue growth. This position requires ownership of partnership development from initial outreach through negotiation, closure, and ongoing relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential partners such as universities, training providers, communities, and corporate organizations.
- Lead partnership discussions, negotiate terms, and manage agreements end to end.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with current partners while tracking account health and performance.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to plan joint promotions and co-branded initiatives.
- Monitor partnership metrics, analyze outcomes, and turn insights into practical growth recommendations.
- Support market research efforts and test new partnership approaches to unlock additional growth channels.
- Represent the organization in webinars, virtual events, and community-based engagements.
Required Background and Skills
- Strong ability to create, develop, and manage strategic partnerships.
- Experience handling accounts, stakeholder conversations, and partner expectations with clarity and professionalism.
- Comfort with data review and analysis to assess partnership effectiveness and guide decisions.
- Background in business development, sales, or growth functions within edtech, SaaS, or other technology-led businesses is helpful.
- Capability to work independently in a remote setup while juggling several partnerships at once.
- Good presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, including communication with senior decision-makers and external communities.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, lead-generation tools, and foundational growth or marketing concepts is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
