Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that ensure every visitor feels welcomed and understood.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets through proactive selling and expert customer advice.
• Manage daily store operations including goods receipt, inventory upkeep, cash handling, stocktaking, and product presentation.
• Support implementation of health and safety procedures within the store environment.
• Assume temporary leadership in the store manager's absence, including store opening/closing and daily management.
• Handle complex customer issues independently with a solution-driven approach.
• Assist the leadership team in onboarding, motivating, and coaching new team members.
• Contribute actively wherever needed to foster strong team spirit.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role with keyholder or supervisory responsibilities, preferably in fashion or lifestyle retail.
• Strong aptitude for providing excellent customer service and enthusiasm for engaging customers with the product range.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a robust sales and service focus.
• Basic understanding of team leadership and ability to motivate colleagues.
