There are two openings, with opportunities in Bristol and Cardiff. This position suits someone who enjoys a target-led sales setting and consistently provides a high standard of customer care.
Job details
- Employment type: permanent, full-time
- Working pattern: 5 days out of 7, including weekends
- Location: Bristol and Cardiff
- Earnings: £45,000–£60,000+ OTE, made up of a strong basic salary plus bonuses and commission
- Immediate joining is available
- Commission is paid in the following month, without a long delay
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and create an excellent in-store experience
- Present and sell products with confidence
- Maintain consistently high customer service standards
- Deal with customer questions and concerns in a professional way, following company guidelines
Candidate profile
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail sales
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals
- Strong verbal communication and people skills
