  • Assist business units in understanding and fulfilling their compliance duties and accountability requirements.
  • Coordinate risk and control self-assessments (RCSAs) and aid in monitoring risk controls and key risk indicators (KRIs).
  • Provide counsel on governance, policy adherence, regulatory requirements, and operational risk issues.
  • Support risk evaluations for new business initiatives and projects.
  • Foster strong relationships to elevate the importance of risk and assurance company-wide.
  • Encourage and cultivate a robust risk culture through coaching, engagement, and trusted partnership.

Candidate Profile

  • Familiarity with Australian and/or New Zealand regulatory landscapes is advantageous.

What We Offer

  • A visible, senior position collaborating directly with business leaders.
  • The chance to shape and strengthen the organization's risk and compliance culture.
  • Supportive, team-oriented workplace with hybrid working flexibility.
  • Prime Auckland CBD location with competitive remuneration packages.
  • Opportunity to join a values-driven company with clear advancement pathways.
