- Proven success working with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to improve revenue outcomes.
- Strong practical knowledge of Salesforce administration, CRM management, and connected go-to-market systems.
- Experience improving revenue processes for better efficiency, predictability, and scale.
- Strong analytical capability, including use of Looker, CRM reporting tools, or comparable BI platforms.
- Track record of leading cross-functional projects from planning through implementation and user adoption.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to align stakeholders in complex environments.
- A data-first mindset with the ability to turn analysis into clear business decisions.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with both strategic and execution-focused responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.
