Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our revenue-generating teams across Customer Success, Research, Sales, and Marketing. This position is central to managing our data model, improving data quality, and streamlining processes to support scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and refine workflows spanning the entire revenue funnel from Marketing through Sales to Customer Success, eliminating operational friction.
  • Lead complex projects from ambiguous problem definition through to implementation, prioritizing high-impact outcomes while managing multiple competing tasks.
  • Implement automated data quality controls and provide ongoing health checks to maintain CRM integrity as a reliable single source of truth.
  • Assess and optimize tools such as HubSpot and Fathom to maximize ROI and support seamless workflows.
  • Create and maintain thorough internal documentation to keep the organization lean and well-structured as it scales.
  • Contribute strategically and operationally to the Revenue Operations roadmap by identifying bottlenecks, managing projects end-to-end, and ensuring effective execution.
  • Act as the primary liaison for Revenue Operations support requests, identifying recurring issues and developing permanent, systemic solutions.

Candidate Requirements

  • A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Revenue Operations or equivalent roles such as GTM Operations Manager or Revenue Architect.
  • Strong expertise in HubSpot, including creating custom objects and meaningful data relationships aligned with business objectives.
  • A holistic understanding of how Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success interrelate, with a passion for integrating these functions effectively.
  • A hands-on approach to developing scalable tools and automated processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to interpret pipelines and forecasts and provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • A proactive mindset geared towards identifying and removing operational bottlenecks to simplify processes.
  • Capability in strategic planning activities such as quota setting and capacity planning to support growth trajectories.
  • Change leadership skills including training teams and driving adoption of new systems.
  • Sound judgment to know when to prioritize speed or system integrity in managing requests.
  • Fluency in English.
