About the Role

This position is offered through a partner company located in Portugal and entails becoming an essential strategic ally for clients primarily in the restaurant and hospitality sectors. You will oversee a variety of projects including branding, digital content creation, media campaigns, website management, and customer experience enhancement. Operating fully remotely, you will collaborate closely with teams across creative, strategy, and media to deliver impactful marketing solutions. The role requires a blend of client relationship management, project oversight, and strategic planning to ensure smooth project progression and priority organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, guiding and supporting marketing program development and execution.
  • Lead client projects from initial request to final delivery by defining scope, coordinating resources, and aligning outcomes with business objectives.
  • Collect project requirements and prepare comprehensive briefs for internal and external creative, strategy, and media teams.
  • Contribute to team planning activities by prioritizing projects, tasks, and deliverables.
  • Steer internal conversations focused on client expectations, project status, and strategic direction.
  • Oversee project timelines, workflows, and updates utilizing project management platforms to maintain transparency among teams and clients.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients by answering queries, providing timely updates, and fulfilling client needs.
  • Organize recurring client meetings to report on project progress across primary and supporting initiatives.
  • Present marketing approaches, content proposals, and performance analytics informed by a strong business awareness.
  • Support additional projects and operational duties as priorities evolve.

Candidate Requirements

  • Between 3 and 5 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, account management, or a similar role.
  • Holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
  • Previous agency experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, hospitality, or consumer-driven industries.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills combined with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines within a dynamic working environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Proficient with project management methodologies and software such as Monday.com or equivalent tools.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and communication platforms including Slack.
  • Demonstrated skill in building strong client relationships and engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker capable of diagnosing business challenges and proposing practical solutions.
