Ideal candidates are accomplished leaders comfortable managing complex retail operations, currently operating at managerial levels such as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Retail Manager, or Operations Manager, or those overseeing sizeable teams, departments, or functions within analogous retail settings.

This role demands hands-on leadership within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, focusing on guiding teams, upholding high standards, and consistently delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple departments in a large-format retail store.
• Drive sales, customer service excellence, and maintain operational standards.
