Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to handle mortgage sales, primarily home loans and loans against property, overseeing the entire loan process from lead generation through disbursement. This role is based at our Thane office with working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Our weekly offs include Sundays and a half-day on the second Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete home loan process, including loan against property (LAP) and mortgage sales.
- Handle end-to-end loan operations starting from generating leads to final disbursal.
- Collaborate with customers, banking institutions, and internal departments to facilitate smooth loan processing.
- Oversee documentation, logging, loan processing, approvals, and disbursement activities.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure efficient loan journeys.
Candidate Eligibility
- Proven experience in home loans, LAP, and mortgage sales is mandatory.
- Preference for candidates with experience handling the entire loan cycle.
- Excellent communication skills with strong customer handling abilities.
