Overview
Bharti Axa Life Insurance is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager for Bancassurance at AU Bank in Chandigarh, Punjab. This role focuses on generating leads and prospecting new business primarily from the salary segment of bank partners to drive protection and annuity sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads during account opening and customer service interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cluster heads and bank staff to promote protection and annuity products.
- Participate in corporate events such as setting up stalls and delivering presentations onsite.
- Engage with High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients directly for personalized sales.
- Close sales transactions and ensure follow-up on policy issuance.
- Raise customer awareness within the bank about life insurance solutions to increase annuity and protection product penetration.
- Effectively implement reward and recognition initiatives aimed at bank employees.
- Conduct regular training sessions for bank staff on annuity and protection insurance plans.
Requirements
- Any graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and sound decision-making skills.
Compensation and Location
The offered compensation is up to 450000 INR per year. The position is based in Chandigarh, Punjab.
