About the Company and Role
Lakshay India, a growing career counselling organization, is inviting applications for the position of Senior Regional Manager (SRM). This role demands an experienced, goal-driven professional to spearhead the company's franchise expansion and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand the franchise network by onboarding new partners who are interested in offering career counselling and education-related services.
- Collaborate with franchise partners to devise and execute local marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, enrolments, and revenue.
- Oversee franchisee performance by providing guidance and training to improve counselling quality and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven track record in business development and franchise network growth.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills to effectively build and maintain networks.

Compensation Details
Starting monthly basic salary is ₹1,00,000 with an annual cost to company (CTC) of ₹12 lakhs. This package can rise to ₹18 lakhs annually after six months, and upon advancement to Regional Director, the CTC may reach ₹36 lakhs per annum.
