Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for a varied range of job openings.
• Develop and maintain active talent pipelines via strategic sourcing methods.
• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a superior recruitment experience.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to a Recruitment Officer.
• Organize interviews, assessments, job offers, and onboarding processes.
• Create and manage sourcing campaigns on platforms such as SEEK and LinkedIn.
• Ensure recruitment practices are compliant, efficient, and focused on candidate experience.
• Participate in ongoing improvements to recruitment processes and employer branding efforts.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in internal recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
• Capability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
• Strong skills in stakeholder communication and relationship building.
• Competent in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborative leadership approach with experience mentoring or coaching team members.
• Experience in construction, trades, education, apprenticeship programs, or high-volume recruitment is a strong advantage.
