Role overview
This opportunity is for an experienced recruiter who is ready to work within a high-performing Life Sciences team in Ireland, with the possibility of moving into a leadership position. The focus is contract recruitment across CQV, CSV, Automation, MES, Manufacturing, and Operations for major Pharma, Biopharma, and MedTech businesses.
As Ireland remains a major centre for Life Sciences activity, supported by ongoing investment in manufacturing, biologics, and advanced technologies, this role offers a strong platform to build and grow a successful contract desk in a market with sustained demand for engineering and technical contractors.
Key accountabilities
You will build trusted relationships across the Life Sciences manufacturing sector, partner closely with clients, and grow a high-quality network of contractors. The position also includes driving new business, overseeing the full recruitment process from start to finish, and establishing yourself as a specialist in the market. There is additional scope to take on team leadership duties and contribute to developing others.
Candidate profile
The ideal person will have a track record of success in recruitment, preferably within contract, technical, or Life Sciences recruitment. You should bring strong commercial awareness, confidence in business development, and the ability to create lasting relationships with clients and candidates. A resilient, self-motivated approach and comfort working in a fast-moving, competitive environment are also important.
Compensation and benefits
The package includes a base salary from €55,000 plus uncapped commission, with the opportunity to earn more through management commission if you move into a team leadership role.
