Backed by an experienced leadership team and a collaborative, high-performing culture, this is a strong platform for a recruiter wanting to deepen their expertise and commercial impact.
This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys relationship-led recruitment and wants to build a specialist desk with meaningful growth potential.

- Proven ability to win business and build durable professional relationships
- A consultative style when working with clients and candidates
- A commercially aware, ambitious, and self-driven approach
- Confidence and credibility when engaging with senior stakeholders
- A team-oriented mindset and interest in building a long-term career
What’s on offer
