An experienced recruiter is sought to take charge of an established HR recruitment desk covering Cork, Limerick and Galway. What the role involves

• Running a 360-degree recruitment desk focused on permanent HR placements
• Creating and strengthening relationships with HR professionals and senior business decision-makers across the region
• Providing consultative hiring support to both clients and candidates
• Planning and executing effective business development activity
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief through to placement
• Growing market knowledge and establishing yourself as a recognised HR specialist
• Developing current client accounts while pursuing new business opportunities
• Supporting broader team goals and contributing best practice across the business

What you need to succeed

• A strong background in agency recruitment, preferably within a professional services area
• Previous HR recruitment experience is helpful, though not mandatory
• Experience in HR, or a qualification related to HR, would be an advantage
• Proven ability to win business and build durable professional relationships
• A consultative style when working with clients and candidates
• A commercially aware, ambitious, and self-driven approach
• Confidence and credibility when engaging with senior stakeholders
