Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Real Estate Project Manager to spearhead major workplace, office, and real estate development initiatives across the EMEA region. This role suits a strategic professional who enjoys hands-on involvement and excels in dynamic, global settings with a solid history of overseeing large-scale capital projects.
You will report to the Senior Director of Real Estate and have the option to work from either the Hammersmith office in West London or the Frankfurt office in Germany. Fluency in both German and English at a native or bilingual level is essential. The position requires approximately 50% travel within the EMEA region, primarily at pivotal project phases.
Primary Duties
- Direct multiple office fit-outs, renovations, and building projects across diverse EMEA locations.
- Formulate and implement real estate strategies supportive of corporate growth objectives.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliveries from inception to completion.
- Collaborate closely with senior management, architects, contractors, landlords, and regulatory authorities.
- Identify and apply efficiency improvements, ensuring timely and cost-effective project execution.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 10 years of expertise in real estate, workplace, or construction project management.
- Track record in delivering significant commercial projects exceeding 50,000 square feet or €10 million in value.
- Deep experience with lease negotiations and managing construction projects.
- Proficiency in managing and reporting large budgets, including applying value engineering to optimize costs and efficiencies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, commercial insight, and communication abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the EMEA region as project demands dictate.
Compensation Details
The annual gross salary range spans from €106,593 to €140,969, with placement dependent on relevant experience, qualifications, and job scope assessed through an objective, non-discriminatory approach. Additional bonuses or variable pay schemes may be available.
