Opportunity
The company is seeking Senior Quality Assurance Engineers to support its technology teams in delivering AI products that meet demanding standards for reliability, performance, and quality. The role calls for strong QA expertise, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. Experience across both manual and automated testing is important, along with an interest in helping manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with developers to understand product needs and turn them into practical, effective test plans.
- Carry out detailed testing across functional, regression, performance, and security areas.
- Log defects, monitor them through to closure, and verify fixes with follow-up testing.
- Support and coach junior QA team members to strengthen quality practices and continuous improvement.
- Contribute ideas and changes that improve QA processes, including newer tools and testing approaches.
- Take part in code reviews and offer feedback from a quality assurance perspective.
- Partner with DevOps and engineering teams to embed testing smoothly into the CI/CD workflow.
- Review test outcomes and share clear, actionable findings with stakeholders.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Hands-on capability in both manual and automated testing methods.
- Working knowledge of testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG.
- Good understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery practices.
- Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based environment and stay results-focused.
